In 2002 Mick took the opportunity to invest in an MBO of one of the countries oldest and most successful Specialist and Secure Print businesses, BemroseBooth.
Initially leading the Mass Transit division and later in addition the Car Park Ticketing and TicketMedia ambient advertising divisions, Mick presided over the strategic growth and development right through to the successful exit via a trade-sale of the business to Appleton of Wisconsin.
During Mick’s tenure with the business, Mick was instrumental in implementing a Business Continuity Plan resulting in securing sole supply agreements with the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) and National Car Parks (NCP) for the supply and facility management of all aspects of ticketing, enforcement notices and other mission critical business stationary and consumables.
Being responsible also for BemroseBooth USA based in Atlanta (GA), Mick led the business to successfully penetrate the North American market place supplying specialist tickets to Bay Area Rapid Transit in California, City of Portland (OR) , City of Washington (WA) , and Toronto Parking Authority.
